PROTEIN PANCAKE

My breakfast today was a little more carbs but low on the daily count. A nice treat for a day in the week.

Hot Pan
5g Butter
PROTEIN PRO Pancake mix – Available from our shop
150ml Semi Skimmed Milk
Mix and Pour into pan until golden brown. Turn once

I Medium Banana
15ml Syrup
