Winter breakfast

Now that winter is coming, a great way to start the day is with Oats.

In Summer I prefer overnight oats as it’s cooler but when the weather gets colder I prefer Porridge. I’ve made mine with Banana, Cranberries and Syrup. Having a sweet tooth this hits the spot.

You can also add:-
Blueberries or Strawberries
A scoop of protein powder
Other Raw Nuts like Macadamia, or Pecans
