We each function differently on carbs and fats. Personally I function better on fats. Today I will be training some heavy deadlifts and bench. This breakfast will give me calories and energy to perform well under the barbell and just enough carbs for energy but not enough to make me feel sleepy, and the protein to help me build muscle!
