” I work in a busy Sales Environment that is goal and target driven, this can be quite demanding and stressful. Being able to de stress is imperative for one’s health, so 2 years ago I started looking at ways I could achieve this. One of my collogues already training at SEF recommended I check them out. I wanted to strive to achieve my fitness goals same as I did in my work. In the past two years training with my coach Arlent I feel that I have gained confidence, whilst becoming stronger and fitter. In that 1 hr the focus is all on me, giving me the ability to lift weights I never imagined and continuously working towards achieving my goals. My eating habits have improved massively, I have a more positive mindset and this is reflective in my work.
Training at Steelextreme I feel like I am part of a community, everyone knows your name, is professional and friendly. I look forward to continue improving and striving towards better health and stress-free life.

“As a mother of two kids I lead quite a busy life and, in the past, I have struggled to make time for myself. The past fifteen months I have been training with Lorenza and whilst the sessions are tough, I have come to enjoy them especially since I have seen great improvement in my strength and my body composition.

However, more importantly, Lorenza has helped me build a healthier relationship with food. I used to view food very much as the enemy and go from severe restriction to consuming lots of what I considered as the “bad prohibited” foods in a short time frame.
